People Partner Romania

Partner with GMs and local management across Romania and Moldova as the primary People Partner. Drive performance, talent retention, and workforce planning while resolving complex HR issues with data-backed recommendations. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliant processes and reporting, and manage/mentor two direct reports (Office Managers). Use HRIS/ATS and people analytics, collaborate with global Centers of Excellence, and foster a high-performance culture.
