•Utilize CRM and digital tools (Salesforce or similar, G-Suite, Slack) to manage tasks and communication.
•Maintain organized records for multiple listings and tasks, with diligent documentation.
•Operate independently with strong time management and proactive communication to complete tasks on schedule.

Key Requirements

•Active real estate license.
•Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
•Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
•Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation
•Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
