Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform field tasks for Mainstay customers on a task-by-task basis, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • •Coordinate and document field activities, including property visits, checks, and vendor meetings as assigned.
  • •Utilize CRM and digital tools (Salesforce or similar, G-Suite, Slack) to manage tasks and communication.
  • •Maintain organized records for multiple listings and tasks, with diligent documentation.
  • •Operate independently with strong time management and proactive communication to complete tasks on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Active real estate license.
  • •Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • •Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation
  • •Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
