Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, revise, and create SCN courseware materials, including lesson plans, student guides, presentations, and handouts aligned to Master Task Lists (MTLs) and APOIs.
  • •Develop measurable lesson plan objectives aligned with RSP goals while following the ISD model in DAFMAN 36-2675.
  • •Design, update, and maintain written examinations, progress checks, and performance-based evaluation scenarios, including mission-based simulator scripts.
  • •Document and communicate curriculum and courseware changes to unit training leads using email, briefings, and structured curriculum trackers.
  • •Maintain training standard development cycles in line with Combat Forces Command (CFC) RSP training timelines and milestones.
