Job Summary

Support the execution of allocation and trading for factory outlet stores by defining initial allocations, planning replenishments, and reacting quickly to changing market needs. Prepare weekly KPIs and reports to improve in-season stock decisions, contribute to markdown and assortment planning, and help track shipment and launch performance. Partner with marketing, OBF, District Managers, and DC to manage store stock needs and ad-hoc reporting.

•Prepare weekly KPIs and reports to enable in-season replenishment based on store performance.

•Execute stock flow from regular DTC channels to FO channels to maintain product relevance and optimize margin.
•Support FO assortment planning and coordinate with marketing and OBF teams to track shipment and launch article performance.

Key Requirements

•University degree in business or engineering, ideally with sales focus, or equivalent professional experience.
•0-1 year typical relevant work experience.
•Good Excel knowledge.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Ability of problem solving and decision making.
