Job Summary

Own the successful implementation of InterSystems PAS/Revenue Cycle Management solutions for UK hospitals. Act as a subject-matter expert for the TrakCare module, running discovery, induction, setup, validation, training, and go-live support. Map customer processes to standard product components, create solution documentation and validation scripts, troubleshoot issues during implementation, and complete support handover while staying current with product releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposals and tender documentation, analyze customer processes, and identify gaps and solution fit using the InterSystems ARIES methodology.
•Deliver customer induction, solution presentations, and training materials, including training customer trainers on TrakCare functions.
•Set up customer site configuration, create validation scripts, and participate in validating configured and migrated systems.
•Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation, log errors/configuration changes, and coordinate follow-ups with the product team and project manager.
•Provide on-site go-live support and complete the support handover process while liaising with other InterSystems departments to resolve remaining issues.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare with a good understanding of PAS processes in the UK.
•Deep understanding of PAS rules, workflows, and billing requirements within private and public hospitals in the UK.
•Experience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and delivering strong messaging.
•Excellent communication skills with experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
•Experience with writing functional documents and business process mapping.
