Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure instrumentation, control systems, and documentation support quality and production goals for assigned unit(s) to meet business needs.
  • •Identify and implement improvements in instrumentation/control systems and support Management of Change considerations, including PSM and validation.
  • •Maintain subject matter expertise for an element of the site control system.
  • •Manage assigned capital projects within approved cost, schedule, and scope constraints.
  • •Participate in control systems lifecycle planning, drive continuous improvement in plant automation, and evaluate new control technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, automation, or a related field, or relevant experience in automation/controls.
  • •Proven experience working with DeltaV systems in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry preferred).
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of PLC and DCS hardware and software, as well as data historians.
  • •Project management experience with a track record of successful projects.
  • •Mastery of control valve and measurement device theory, including operation, application, specification, installation, and tuning.
