•Define technical direction and lead development of critical data platform systems powering next-generation capabilities.
•Lead buildout and evolution of data orchestration and streaming platforms for production-ready usage across the company.
•Design scalable, reliable, multi-tenant data infrastructure and own platform concerns including scalability, performance, reliability, and SLOs.
•Build systems supporting real-time analytics, event-driven applications, and machine learning infrastructure needs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience building production, API-driven applications and well-tested services at scale.
•Track record building scalable, high-performance distributed systems and stateful, real-time data pipelines (checkpointing, state management, watermarking).
•Strong experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, or Pulsar) and/or orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, or Temporal), including evolving platform layers.
•Experience managing cloud data stores and lake architectures (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift; AWS S3) to process and serve data products.
•Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices (CI/CD, monitoring, incident management) and data governance/compliance principles.
