Key Responsibilities

  • •Design robotic manipulation and navigation systems for constrained, high-density real-world environments.
  • •Integrate vision systems for automated inspection, manipulation, and anomaly detection.
  • •Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to connect robotics control with real-time data and training pipelines.
  • •Bring up, prototype, test, and refine robotic hardware and software across a multi-platform fleet and pilot deployment sites.
  • •Ensure reliability, safety, and scalability of robotics solutions for continuous operation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and OpenCV, plus strong control algorithms and rapid iteration in a startup environment.
  • •Hands-on embedded systems experience, including sensors, actuators, wiring, and robot bring-up/integration.
  • •Working understanding of robot mechanics such as arm kinematics, mounting/fixturing, end-effectors, and assembly/debugging of real hardware.
  • •Experience taking systems end-to-end from prototype to deployed across multiple subsystems.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working hands-on with real robots.
