Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategy, audience approach, content scope, skill priorities, and success measures for global early-career milestone programs.
  • •Partner with instructional design and other learning leaders to develop integrated learning and performance-support solutions.
  • •Define build/buy/partner approaches and oversee vendor selection and content direction.
  • •Develop and manage regional program workplans, budgets, communications, contracts, invoices, procurement, vendor performance, and operational follow-through.
  • •Lead delivery (faculty preparation, operational coordination, stakeholder communication), analyze results, and present recommendations to executive sponsors.
