Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily PERSEC logs and support administrative functions for personnel security.
  • •Track and update customer PERSEC activities using spreadsheets/local databases and perform data entry/record checks in JADE and other USG databases.
  • •Maintain personnel security files for cleared personnel supporting the contract.
  • •Review, monitor, and document security clearance processing activities; prepare and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.
  • •Use DISS and SCI/SAPNP to conduct risk assessments, process visit access requests (VARs), schedule indoctrinations/debriefings, and support annual self-inspections and security refresher training records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • •For level 2: minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial security, facilities security, or personnel security in a cleared environment (for level 3: 3 years).
  • •Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • •Familiarity with security policy/manuals and applicable ICDs/SEAD/DoD manuals and guiding policy documents.
  • •Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
