Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers with product selection by sharing information on adidas products, materials, technology, and functionality.
  • •Maintain adidas customer service standards by listening to customer needs and providing product information as required.
  • •Drive and close sales using adidas selling techniques and the in-store AOS system (where available).
  • •Complete accurate sales transactions (cash, credit, debit) and assist with telephone duties.

Key Requirements
