  • •Build and maintain reusable connectors and workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n, and document templates for repeatability.
  • •Engineer robust, observable integrations using OAuth2/JWT, Keycloak SSO patterns, Kong API gateway practices, structured logging, Kibana dashboards, and Postman collections.
  • •Drive delivery rigor from hyper-care to stable usage and expansion, then execute clean handovers to Support or Transition with complete runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years delivering integrations or products in startup/high-velocity environments with a bias for shipping quickly.
  • •Customer-facing delivery experience, comfortable turning ambiguity into running software.
  • •Hands-on with Zapier, Make, or n8n, including retries, idempotency, and error handling.
  • •Strong with JavaScript or TypeScript and REST or webhooks; capable with Python or Java (Java a strong plus).
