Job Summary

Provide customer-focused end user support for the Charlotte office and lead service monitoring and feedback collection. •Identify opportunities to better leverage Power Platform and Microsoft O365 and facilitate process improvement.
•Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes for Rio Tinto standard hardware and software.
