Job Summary

Lead Autodesk Consulting Delivery for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) team across the Americas. Own delivery quality, customer satisfaction, financial forecasting, and ROI outcomes, while guiding consulting portfolio owners toward bookings and revenue targets. Build regional delivery plans, partner with Sales and enterprise customer success leaders, and lead a team of 40+ through recruiting, mentoring, performance management, and executive-level customer engagement.

•Lead a team of 40+ employees responsible for consulting delivery and customer success/adoption.
•Lead consulting portfolio owners to achieve bookings and revenue targets aligned to global objectives.
•Accountable for financial forecasting, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction for the AEC team.
•Develop and execute regional consulting delivery strategic plans and align long- and short-term delivery priorities.
•Partner with Sales leadership and customer success leaders to present ideas, formulate solutions, and ensure high-quality professional services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent).
•Demonstrated experience as a manager of managers in a technology company consulting/services business, with booking and revenue target ownership plus services business fundamentals (utilization, margin performance, global delivery models).
•Proven leadership ability to inspire others and build a culture of integrity with excellent customer service.
•Experience building close working relationships with major account sales teams and cross-functional partners.
•Ability to respond diplomatically to customer needs and influence via persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
