Job Summary

Handle daily teller transactions at the branch, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and savings bond and cashier’s check services. Provide outstanding client service in the lobby and drive-up, answer questions in person and by phone, and recognize referral opportunities for additional products. Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation, document activity in 360View, and follow bank operations and security procedures.

•Process deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.

•Prepare and process additional transactions as needed, including currency transaction reports and consumer credit card applications.
•Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker when appropriate.
•Reconcile the cash drawer and follow bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions and maintaining confidentiality.
