Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in coastal and maritime engineering, coastal processes, or a related consulting environment.
  • •Proven success building client relationships nationally to enable and drive growth.
  • •Strong background in coastal, wave, or hydrodynamic modelling to provide technical credibility while acting as a strategic, client-facing lead.
  • •Passion for mentoring and growing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience with coastal modelling tools/methodologies (e.g., MIKE, spectral wave modelling, sediment transport analysis) is highly regarded.
