Finishing Operator

As a Finishing Team Member, you’ll be the final touchpoint for products, ensuring every item meets “zero-defect” quality standards before reaching the customer. You’ll sort, label, and package finished goods, inspect product appearance, and support operations by preparing machine cores and maintaining packaging supplies. You’ll coordinate across shifts and departments, and participate in 5S audits and continuous-improvement activities to boost safety and productivity.
