Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and manage the Procurement SIOP process, including monthly, quarterly, and long-range procurement planning cycles.
  • •Consolidate demand signals from cross-functional teams into a unified procurement forecast and build demand planning models for major equipment and strategic supplier commitments.
  • •Create and maintain spend forecasts, financial models, and cash flow forecasts to support budgeting, capital planning, and long-range forecasting.
  • •Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting (forecast accuracy, spend performance, supplier delivery performance, cycle times, schedule adherence) and analyze performance trends.
  • •Standardize procurement planning processes, lead continuous improvement and governance structures, and support integration between planning activities and enterprise systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, finance, business analytics, operations planning, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience leading SIOP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand planning, or supply planning processes.
  • •Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills for forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
