Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day store support (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, POS processes, operational checklists, and daily reporting) and embed operational standards through store visits and new-manager inductions.
  • •Enable and support retail systems (EPOS, RFID, Smart Safe, Omni Gift Card, ORS, SFS), deliver training and IT feedback, and own in-store Omni KPIs end-to-end.
  • •Run the regional audit framework (weekly Yoobic audits, corrective-action plans, on-site operations audits) and respond to Global Audit team questions.
  • •Lead loss prevention, fraud examination, and stocktakes to safeguard stock and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • •Monitor KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, transaction accuracy, productivity, working hours) and act as senior escalation point, aligning cross-functionally to drive store performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree, commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent business-related qualification.
  • •Experience in Retail Operations, Retail Management, or Store Management, ideally in a multinational or multi-market environment.
  • •Hands-on store experience with strong knowledge of retail operations and standards.
  • •Solid understanding of retail standards, compliance requirements, audit processes, and performance management.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
