Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage scope, schedule, and compliance for small-scale move projects up to 500 employees, aligning with team objectives.
  • •Engage vendors to schedule and coordinate move activities; track KPIs and billing accuracy and support closeout.
  • •Create and manage move projects in designated tools, including spreadsheets and presentations; enter project data into project management technology tools.
  • •Develop and distribute communications, schedule meetings, and assist with contract administration correspondence.
  • •Provide pre and post-move customer service: facility walkthroughs, floor plans/labels/nameplates, work orders and reset support, help center operations, and MS-move email coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.51 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum 1 year of related experience desired.
  • •Associate degree and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to plan projects, apply critical thinking, and manage time effectively.
