Key Responsibilities

•Translate complex business challenges into engineering roadmaps, user requirements, and technical specifications across payment flows, fraud intelligence, and real-time commerce platforms.
•Lead the experimentation pipeline for new technologies, model types, LLM-based features, and platform capabilities through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and scaled launches.
•Implement AI-native capabilities by designing scalable, secure, explainable, and reusable systems integrated with Visa’s ecosystem.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on architecture, capabilities, and success metrics for model and platform delivery.
•Champion product quality and operational resilience by analyzing performance patterns, customer signals, model behavior, and systemic issues to drive durable improvements.
