Key Responsibilities

  • •Create accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually, or as required) and ensure flawless reconciliations.
  • •Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies for business decisions.
  • •Prepare statutory filings and ad hoc reports, submitting to National Bank of Georgia and other regulators as required.
  • •Lead annual and interim audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across Tech, Product, Treasury, and other teams to support growth with a robust financial framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a professional qualification (CA, ACCA, etc).
  • •Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, especially IFRS 9 and financial instruments.
  • •At least 3-4 years of experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms, with fintech/financial services exposure a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including macros and Power Query, and comfort handling large data sets.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working with strong attention to detail.
