Lead OLIPOP’s omni-channel eCommerce and Retail Media Network (RMN) strategy, owning growth, performance, and profitability across retailer.com platforms and on-demand channels. Build and scale a high-performing RMN team, optimize media investments for ROAS, align cross-functional partners, and drive digital shelf, content, and measurement to accelerate digital penetration and market share with major retailers and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive RMN strategy across platforms including Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart Ads, and other retail media ecosystems.
•Own end-to-end relationship with the retail media and performance marketing agency, ensuring tight integration with internal brand, eRetail and performance marketing strategies.
•Lead strategy and execution for on-demand and rapid delivery platforms (Instacart, DoorDash, GoPuff).
•Optimize media investment to drive ROAS, incrementality, and full-funnel performance.
•Establish KPIs, test frameworks, and measurement models to continuously improve media effectiveness.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually
