Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and publish monthly dashboards and reports for all sub-programmes within the reporting system.
  • •Operate and continuously improve reporting systems to ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • •Provide clear, insightful, and tailored reporting to senior stakeholders to enable evidence-based decisions.
  • •Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Reporting & Systems teams, to embed best practices in data visualisation, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Deliver to the reporting calendar and proactively identify risks/issues by filtering reporting noise to highlight important signals.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance OR be a UK Citizen with current UK Security clearance.
  • •Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven experience delivering reporting and insights for large, complex programmes or portfolios.
  • •Strong capability in performance measurement frameworks, reporting hierarchies, and governance reporting.
  • •Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
