Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring the operations perspective into Alan’s strategy and help build organizations and processes to deliver the vision.
  • •Monitor and run operational processes internally or externally on a daily basis.
  • •Scale and industrialize the operational stack to support fast growth, international expansion, and cost optimization.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product & Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, Finance) on complex projects.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of missions such as scaling psychotherapy sessions, building fraud detection capability, and reinventing healthcare expense payment operations.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in operations management or entrepreneurship.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish and/or French and/or Dutch.
  • •Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, including SQL fluency for data analysis.
  • •Ability to build automations using tools such as Zapier and n8n.
  • •Experience launching and steering projects by setting vision and monitoring day-to-day progress.
