Build and scale operational models that enable Alan’s prevention insurance and healthcare products to deliver at scale. Bring an operations perspective into strategy, define and run internal/external processes daily, and help industrialize the operational stack for international growth and cost optimization. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, and Finance while taking end-to-end ownership of complex missions like scaling psychotherapy, fraud detection, and healthcare expense payments.
