Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop complex nuclear waste management projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
  • •Provide technical leadership and expertise in nuclear waste management, including characterization, treatment, storage and disposal.
  • •Develop and implement waste management strategies, plans, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • •Conduct technical assessments, risk evaluations, and feasibility studies to support project decisions.
  • •Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions and clear documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in radioactive waste management with knowledge of UK Site Licence companies and nuclear facilities.
  • •Project management or consulting experience with ability to manage budgets and deliverables.
  • •Strong English communication skills and numeracy.
  • •Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and in a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • •Ability to develop and deliver waste management studies, regulatory compliance guidance, and optioning/feasibility analyses.
