Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle information from work order details by inspecting customer vehicles (interior, exterior, odometer, trunk, engine compartment) and noting damage or repair needs.
  • •Prepare and complete all necessary documentation and write electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up systems for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of policies/procedures, system capabilities, inspection techniques, and improvements in inspection practices.
  • •Visibly demonstrate safety commitment, follow safety/health procedures, participate in safety activities, and perform other assigned duties (including possible overtime).
