Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and direction for major projects within an EPC delivery model.
  • •Oversee EPC performance, hold contractors accountable to contractual obligations, and maintain/mitigate project risks.
  • •Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, implementation plans, and coordinate internal/external resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Track financials including invoices/progress payments, manage claims and disputes, and understand cost variances.
  • •Support project reporting, develop and maintain project management documentation, and ensure readiness for turnover, testing, and operations.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary/high school diploma with five years leading and managing projects within the past eight years, or a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with three years leading and managing projects within the past eight years.
  • •Experience at a commercial nuclear power plant (preferred).
  • •Professional certification such as CAPM or PMP recommended (within 2 years of becoming Project Manager).
  • •Strong attention to schedule deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including making formal presentations to management.
