Key Responsibilities

  • •Control NORASIA business units and Korea entities, including month-end closing and management reporting.
  • •Ensure reporting compliance with group policies, maintain internal controls, and act as Local Compliance Representative (LCR).
  • •Provide business partnering through analysis of market and brand profitability, and support Sales and Marketing with budget translation and forecasting.
  • •Drive budget and estimate process improvements and validate financials behind commercial plans and business cases for expansion and launches.
  • •Own local cash planning and liquidity management, oversee statutory/internal audits, and manage customs-related financial matters.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a senior finance role with strong business and commercial understanding, preferably within a multinational company.
  • •Master’s degree in finance or other relevant economic background.
  • •Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into concise communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Structured, process-oriented, and flexible working style with high work capacity and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in English and international experience, able to travel up to 20 days a year.
