Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Oracle EBS and PSIMetals execution through UAT, go-live readiness, cutover support, and hyper care.
  • •Stabilize delivery by intervening to resolve execution gaps and improve team performance.
  • •Coordinate ERP/PSIMetals workstreams with MES, analytics, LIMS, integration, and business process dependencies.
  • •Own Accenture managed services governance for ERP—maturing operating model, performance expectations, knowledge transfer, and accountability mechanisms.
  • •Build long-term enterprise application capability and mature SDLC, testing, support, and vendor governance across an expanded application portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on enterprise applications leadership that can operate across strategic and execution levels.
  • •Ability to assess current-state gaps quickly, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability through delivery to closure.
  • •Experience coordinating ERP/enterprise application transformations across workstreams (including testing readiness, issue resolution, and business process alignment).
  • •Capability to build team capability—coaching, upskilling, and restructuring/hiring within budget authority as needed.
  • •Experience maturing application SDLC and delivery practices, including release management, support, and vendor/managed services governance.
