Lead programme controls for major infrastructure projects in London and the South East, ensuring plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance reporting are accurate and consistent. Establish and maintain control processes aligned with GRIP at territory and project level. Review proposals, manage resourcing requirements, monitor project data standards across cost and performance systems, and oversee investment plan production for compliance with the Investment Competence Framework.
