Team Lead, Sales Full Time (Kansas, KS, US, 66111)

Lead the sales floor and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll champion a positive team culture, assist across store departments (including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and help achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement. You’ll also manage day-to-day team activity, ensuring strong service standards, store readiness, and adherence to asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control policies.
