Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design for cloud platform and infrastructure projects using Dell hardware.
  • •Design, deploy, integrate, and migrate cloud platforms, including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and supporting-service integrations.
  • •Provide Level 3 support across virtualization, operating systems, identity services, and backup/recovery with disaster recovery solutions.
  • •Develop solution documentation, implementation plans, test procedures, runbooks, and operational handover materials.
  • •Recommend solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with customer and delivery stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in consulting, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure engineering.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise-scale migration projects.
  • •Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware technologies including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Automation.
  • •Hands-on with at least one alternative cloud platform to VCF such as Red Hat, Azure Local, or Nutanix.
  • •Experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and backup/recovery solutions.
