Job Summary

Lead application packaging delivery and serve as an L3 escalation point for complex packaging and deployment issues. Build and test MSI/MSIX packages using tools like MSI Package Builder, PSADT, and PowerShell scripting, resolving installation problems and DLL/registry conflicts. Collaborate with SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and optimize desktop environments, while implementing and managing App-V for virtualized delivery. Mentor junior team members and ensure packaging quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead application packaging delivery and act as an L3 escalation point for complex packaging and deployment issues.
•Create, test, and transform software packages using MSI Package Builder and MSI/MSIX transformation workflows.
•Resolve advanced installation problems including DLL conflicts and registry issues.
•Design automation solutions to improve packaging and deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort.
•Collaborate with application owners and IT teams; troubleshoot packaging issues and manage a compliant software package library.

Key Requirements

•9–12 years of experience in enterprise application packaging and deployment.
•Proven experience with MSI Package Builder, SCCM, App-V, and VBScript/PSADT and PowerShell scripting.
•In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop management tools, including MSIX packaging and deployment.
•Experience with application packaging tools such as AdminStudio, InstallShield, and Advanced Installer.
•Strong scripting and automation skills, plus excellent communication and documentation abilities.
