Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to preparing and monitoring the annual operational plan for visual arts, including projects, programs, initiatives, targets, and periodic achievement reporting.
  • •Coordinate and follow the execution of visual-arts programs, initiatives, activities, ensuring delivery within approved plans and schedules.
  • •Collect and analyze visual-arts data to produce reports and statistics supporting the department’s work, and contribute to studies and research.
  • •Track performance indicators for visual-arts initiatives and compile ongoing reports on results and achievement levels.
  • •Coordinate annual specialized events, exhibitions, and related participation locally, regionally, and internationally; support agreements/partnerships and ensure compliance with information security and safety/environmental policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in design, applied arts, fine arts, business administration, or an equivalent from an accredited university.
  • •4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • •Experience contributing to the preparation and follow-up of an annual operational plan and related execution reports.
  • •Ability to coordinate and follow implementation of visual-arts programs, initiatives, events, and exhibitions.
  • •Commitment to complying with information security policies and occupational safety and health/environmental management requirements.
