Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across the portfolio.
  • •Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive APAC experiences, including partner events (F1, Harry Potter) and locally adapted Fever Originals.
  • •Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across WeChat, ByteDance Ocean Engine (Douyin/Toutiao), Xiaohongshu, and Baidu to ensure performance and ROI.
  • •Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN strategy by identifying, negotiating with, and managing creator and network relationships.
  • •Own paid performance setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine, and oversee APAC marketing budgets and P&L using advanced data insights.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of digital and growth marketing experience, with hands-on expertise in the Chinese digital ecosystem (Tencent Ads, ByteDance Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Baidu).
  • •Strong understanding of China’s consumer platform landscape and discovery-to-purchase journeys (WeChat Mini Programs/Official Accounts, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
  • •Experience running or commissioning KOL/KOC campaigns and negotiating with MCNs, including knowledge of fee structures and tiering.
  • •Highly analytical mindset with strong performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making.
  • •Native/bilingual English; professional Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred, with experience coordinating with China-based agencies and creators.
