Job Summary

Deliver high-quality structural drafting and modelling outputs while providing technical leadership, quality oversight, mentoring, and project coordination support. Review engineering drawings for compliance with CAD standards and quality systems, ensure accuracy and documentation, and recommend efficient drawing production methods. May serve as Project Team Lead Technician, managing drafting deliverables, priorities, and communication across engineering and drafting teams. Work full-time in Ortigas Center, Pasig.

Key Responsibilities

•Review engineering drawings to ensure compliance with CAD standards and quality systems.
•Manage and monitor others’ work quality, promoting technical excellence through mentoring and training.
•Serve as Project Team Lead Technician, managing drafting aspects of projects (planning, deliverables, resource management, and communication).
•Assist in drawing strategy setup (drawing type/size and drawing numbering) with the project lead and coordinate priorities and production deadlines.
•Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers’ sketches and inputs, ensuring clarity, completeness, presentation, and accuracy while following QA, document control, and archiving guidelines.

Key Requirements

•At least three (3) years in a BS Engineering or BS Architecture course (or graduate of a technical course).
•8+ years of relevant structural drafting experience.
•Willing to work full-time in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
•High-level drafting and detailing skills, including understanding of industry products and their integration with the BIM/DE process.
•Advance skill using drafting and modelling software such as Autodesk (Revit, C3D, and/or CAD), with Bentley Microstation as an advantage.
