Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers in a 24x7x365 call center environment.
  • •Support customers on the clinical aspects of clinical applications including Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
  • •Document, close, or escalate incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner.
  • •Drive incident resolution for a 24/7 desk while remaining at the designated workspace/phone queue for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
  • •Read text on computer screens during the shift and maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed wired internet; use a working cell phone and Two-Factor Authentication for manager communication.
