Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates); build AI-enabled tools for competitor intelligence, liquidity analysis, and program operations to support institutional clients.
  • •Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and Brokerage; translate client and partner requirements into shipped features toGrow the client and partner base and optimize operations via self-service portals and process automation.
  • •Own the commercial logic of your product lines; develop ROI-based business cases for product investments and quantify revenue/AUM impact to drive prioritisation.
  • •Articulate strategy and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients; communicate progress and roadmap decisions effectively.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes across HK, SG, EU, and US regulatory contexts while balancing speed, scalability, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •PM experience at a crypto exchange or custody/brokerage product environment, or with custody/brokerage vendors; deep market knowledge of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect
  • •experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus
  • •hands-on experience engaging directly with institutional clients: conducting business reviews, gathering requirements, and translating pain points into product priorities
  • •ability to think logically, work in a team, and communicate effectively; strong written and verbal skills for plans, roadmaps, and presentations
  • •hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations; building automated workflows and prototyping AI-powered features
