Head of Global Underwriting Process & Coordination

Lead global underwriting process and coordination for Allianz Commercial’s Property team, aligning underwriting frameworks, governance, and communication across sub-lines and regions. Own reporting, business review planning, and SOP/process alignment, serving as a key liaison for process and transformation initiatives. Coordinate collaboration with underwriting-related functions (including Allianz Risk Consulting, Claims lessons learned, and the CUO UW Transformation team) and support sector-specific academy training content and materials.
