Job Summary

Oversee planned and reactive facilities maintenance at RAF Lakenheath, Mildenhall, and Feltwell, ensuring essential services are delivered safely and on time for US Visiting Forces. Lead and manage a team of engineers and operatives, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with COM processes, KPIs, and SLAs. Provide expert technical support to DIO and HoE representatives, maintain RAMS documentation and risk assessments, and coordinate property move-ins.

•Lead and manage a team of 9 engineers and operatives to complete maintenance tasks on time and to a high standard.

•Provide expert technical support to Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Head of Establishment (HoE) representatives.
•Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including maintaining RAMS documentation and risk assessments.
•Attend move-ins, visit and snag properties, and liaise with the USVF client to ensure properties meet required standards.
