Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish standardized logistics policies, operating procedures, and governance for country teams across transportation, warehousing, customs, and trade compliance.
  • •Lead regional transportation management and design/manage the regional transportation network (FTL, LTL, parcel, intermodal, ocean freight).
  • •Set KPIs and performance frameworks for warehouses and lead regional distribution center projects.
  • •Manage regional customs and trade compliance, including customs clearance protocols, duty optimization, and trade compliance guidelines.
  • •Lead logistics digitalization by deploying TMS/WMS and related technologies, and coordinate regional escalation management and cross-country performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including 4+ years in a regional or multi-country logistics governance role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or supply-chain certification is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing TMS and WMS and other logistics digitalization projects.
  • •Regional distribution center setup experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills, plus fluent English (additional APAC languages advantageous).
