Job Summary

Analyze business processes and documentation to identify improvement opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance planning and execution. Build and maintain requirements artifacts—including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories—while running stakeholder sessions and translating needs into functional specifications. Collaborate with IT and operations to align business and technical solutions, support system implementations with training/change management, and apply information security and governance policies throughout the work.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business processes and documentation to identify improvements and recommend solutions.
•Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
•Run requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT and operations) to align business requirements with technical solutions.
•Support governance, implementation roadmaps, user training, change management, and ensure information security/assurance is applied.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years).
•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on customer interaction, requirements gathering, and governance.
•Experience working with Power BI.
•Provide requirements gathering and governance-focused support to stakeholders and teams.
•Demonstrated understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
