Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for management of assets including Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling, and Material.
  • •Administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System across multiple property lifecycle areas (acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship, contract closure).
  • •Develop and implement tactical goals; streamline and integrate processes using best-in-class solutions for customer and enterprise requirements.
  • •Support compliance with regulations and internal/external audit protocols, including daily collaboration with DCMA to support audits.
  • •Deliver training and awareness materials to program leadership and functional organizations, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the Logistics/Property organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • •Experience in Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
  • •Experience with government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas.
  • •Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application (security clearance required prior to start date).
  • •Ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access prior to start date.
