Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) throughout the product lifecycle.
•Plan, schedule, track, and coordinate the delivery of prototype samples supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs.
•Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages, production constraints, and scheduling risks.
•Develop sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity plans based on engineering requirements and production specifications.
•Monitor manufacturing schedules to ensure material availability and on-time execution of prototype builds.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
•Experience with material planning, production scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations
•Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes
•Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
