  • •Lead multi-discipline engineering teams and provide schedule, technical, and execution oversight for multiple program projects.
  • •Create and maintain project execution schedules and drive test product engineering development through multiple stages to completion.
  • •Own cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned projects, including financial performance and Earned Value elements.
  • •Partner with functional organizations and establish relationships with the program office and customer to ensure program execution.
  • •Support SM3 IB test solutions, helping deliver engineering services across demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification, production, and post-production sustainment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with test systems engineering (hardware and test software) across development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production and qualification environments.
