Key Requirements

  • •4+ years leading large teams (100+ people) and managing other leaders.
  • •2+ years’ experience in KYC/AML, financial crime, or compliance in financial services.
  • •Advanced understanding of global KYC/AML regulatory frameworks and translating requirements into operational plans.
  • •Proficiency in using and translating analytics to manage team metrics and performance.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English to communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
