Job Summary

Design and deliver Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, combining deep Salesforce expertise with an AI-first approach. Build backend services and domain logic using Apex, and create API-first, event-driven integrations across distributed systems (including Salesforce and AWS). Develop scalable applications with Lightning Web Components, Angular, and React, while implementing observability, reliability, and platform hardening. Partner with product and engineering to deliver automation and agent-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop experimentation for new automation capabilities and platforms.
•Build backend services and domain logic layers in Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms using Apex.
•Provide hands-on coding/technical support during US PDT hours, including month-end and quarter-end periods.
•Implement API-first, event-driven integrations across distributed systems using REST, Platform Events, and middleware.
•Create scalable applications with Lightning Web Components, Angular, and React; implement observability/reliability patterns and drive technical debt remediation.

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
•5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC/LWR, APIs) with strong SQL knowledge and exposure to AI/ML integrations.
•Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, or middleware (MuleSoft).
•Proven expertise in performance optimization, scalability planning, and platform health assessments.
•Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud (Communities), plus Salesforce DevOps skills (GitHub, SFDX, CI/CD) and a Salesforce Platform Engineer I (PD1) certification.
