Operator/Adjuster/Inspector – IMEX/Pellets & Premolds - 3rd shift, $21.28 + Shift Differential

Operate machines and auxiliary equipment to achieve departmental production goals while following safety practices and teamwork standards. Diagnose and fix minor machine issues, perform minor preventative maintenance, and ensure quality by inspecting products/components using gauges and inspection equipment. Meet or exceed production targets, maintain clean work areas, complete production records, and support lean initiatives such as 6S, SMED, and FIFO. Must be available for overtime when needed.
