Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse operational, financial, clinical, claims, pharmacy, patient activity, and healthcare utilisation datasets to produce insights that improve performance and patient outcomes.
  • •Design and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and create operational, clinical, and financial KPI reporting with executive summaries.
  • •Build and evaluate predictive models for healthcare operations and clinical decision-making, supporting forecasting and utilisation modelling.
  • •Support data governance by improving healthcare data quality, integration, and compliance with UAE healthcare data requirements.
  • •Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, operations, revenue cycle management, quality teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver reporting, analytics, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently residing within the UAE.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience working with healthcare datasets (hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, medical centres, or health insurance organisations).
  • •Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, plus Python and/or R.
  • •Experience preparing executive and operational healthcare reports, including familiarity with clinical/EHR, claims, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and patient activity data.
